Muay Thai originated in Thailand. Known as 'The Art of 8 Limbs', it includes attacks involving punches, knees, elbows, and kicks.

Kickboxing is a slimmed down version of Muay Thai, eliminating knees and elbows, but keeping the kicks and punches.

Our training is geared more towards the sport aspects of Muay Thai, but are also very effective in self-defense situations.

Through training in any martial arts, students learn self-defense, along with discipline, gains in self-esteem and confidence, along with strengthening teamwork and leadership abilities.
